The Boot camp and Training exercises is the UN's way of teaching you what you need to know in the clan. During the the courses, you'll engage in hands-on training that fills a series different sessions. Each session has it's own lesson, except reviews. We expect you to follow these roles while completing them, I hope that you understand all of this clearly because if you dont then UN is not for you, and while in the UN: -Loyalty -Discipline -Honor The new training runs as a complete "Boot Camp", the word "Boot" meaning that YOU MAY FAIL MID TRAINING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TRAINING! The entire training is designed to dwindle out recruits who don't meet our standards.
Read these paragraphs that will fill you in, and give you tips while in the UN. Training You, as a UN member, will complete various training sessions that although acknowledge you as a voluntary member, require your full attention and acceptance to participate. These "sessions" are courses that take some intent listening and obedience. Lack of obedience can result in punishment. The mandatory courses allow you to learn what is required from you at all times while playing with UN. The optional courses, however are critical bonuses to add to your service record. The optional training gets you to learn what you signed up for, and become experienced in what that job is. Once completing any optional training courses, the lessons you learned there label you as a specialist, because you specialize in that role.
As a specialist, you can take control of what you trained for during training exercises. Training Exercises are primitive selected scenario-combative games. Training exercises may vary from UN Fire Bases, MOUT (Military Operations on Urban Terrain), Boot Camps, matchmaking, and other scenario games in which most have primary objectives. Follow training tips below for most success! -Be respectful -Follow orders -Do not speak without permission Discipline Without it, UN, is impossible. Without it, military action, is impossible. Just to mouth the word discipline, would take anyone on XBOX to cooperate with. Here in United Nations, discipline exists. Discipline is one major requirement for the United Nations. If you take the time when we ask to to act as though you were disciplined, you would earn your commander's acknowledgement, and respect. The UN does not require you to always act disciplined, but when we ask you to, we expect you to. This guide advises you to act disciplined, but the rules require you to act disciplined. To act disciplined you must do all of the following: Remain formal, come in uniform, act respectful, follow orders, don't joke around, don't fool around, don't speak without permission-unless emergency (like you have to get off xbox), reply to questions with appropriate answers, and act responsible.
Field Service While out there in the field fighting for your nation, be the best you can be within the UN's limits and what training has taught you, and overall, follow direct and indirect orders from your commanding officer. Fight valiantly and without sympathy or mercy for the enemy. Consider them foes of gratitude, and don't t-bag them, or create vulgar arguments. Even if the enemy starts to insult you, or the UN. Keep your tongue from lashing the enemy with unnecessary insults. Keep formal and keep up with friendly units and their orders. Relay enemy positions when asked, and keep in contact with friendly's at all times. Depending on the situation/scenario, or which branch you're in, you will be equipped to the task, and able to take on various missions-from security details to assault units. Like the real military, the UN operates like a team, and has chosen you to take part in that team. Everyone on the team is well-trained specifically to the job, and a good leader to ensure that the job is carried out, decisions are made and that the objective is obtained thoroughly. The UN practices as, and in teams often-to create successful teams that know, and acknowledge each others strengths and weaknesses as individual members.
Insubordination is the primary issue clans have when maintaining discipline. Insubordination is the disobeying of a direct order. Considering a commander who is gives an order to follow, and the soldier twinges or changes the order to his/her own fit. That is insubordination. Also lacking to follow orders is considered insubordination. This is also the subject for punishment, for the lack of discipline which is required to run a fully functioning military.
The UN has 1 exception: You may joke/fool around all you want, but when we ask you to be serious, we expect you to. (This follows with all of the above).
HINT: To get promotions normally or faster, try to hang around often with officers or participate with higher-ranks or branch leaders games, even if possible, the leader himself to gain some potential.
