RULES This page describes the rules, regulations, and expectations of the UN. Read carefully. This also includes any new regulations/amendments to the UN. All rules are accepted through a fair vote in the UN Council.
Note: No one is above UN law. All rules apply to all UN personal, including leaders. Due to the revising of the UN's Government, many of the UN's rules have been amended, or had new rules added.
UN Laws - Enforced by the UNNG as well - Do not disrespect UN members, unless training exceptions are applied. - Do not ask for rank-ups. - Do not use sarcastic responses to orders. - Do not T-Bag - No racial or stereotypical remarks directed to harm someone of another ethic race or religion. - UN members cannot "visit" clans without an officer's permission. - UN members cannot withhold information if it regards hostile clans/allied clans. - Must follow sergeant/officer or leaders orders. - Do not accept invites from hostiles criminals (EX Black List), or strangers that could be hostile. - UN members cannot train other members/recruits unless they are the rank sergeant or above or a DI. - It is be illegal if a player is recruited at an age lower than 12.
Training Exceptions (Bends in the rules for training procedures only) - Drill sergeants may enforce discipline - "Yes Sir!/Mam!" policy is required during training - Members can be set on temporary probation for disorderly conduct - Drill sergeants must warn recruits of the "Make it or give up" policy in boot camp - Drill sergeants or officers are primary choices in training members
Temporary Probation: Whether in the course of when a member is disobedient to an extreme level and have the attitude of disorderly conduct and or with the use of the higher-ups intentions, may cause that member regardless of rank except leader, can be let "on break" from the clan for a number of days or hours depending on the condition. Only officers/leader may inflict this.
EX: a member is disobeying orders without regard of his orders. The officer bans him for 2 days.
- The officer gives that member a warning concerning the next move will be probation - 1 day probation: A basic sentence of 1 full day away from the clan; disorderly - 2 day probation: A sentence of 2 days away from the clan, this would mean the member was totally disorderly. - 3 day probation: A sentence of 3 days from the clan, this means he/she regarded orders, severe disorderly conduct, insubordination. - Anything higher than 3 days should be consoled to the leader or the council in regards to higher suspension days and or; the kicking of that member.
An officer can give him/her more than one warning(s) if he/she pleases, but punishment must be used soon.
Leader Powers - A leader may train UN members of any rank - A leader may give orders to any UN member and are expected to follow - A leader may inflict and just punishment to a member who's rank is lower than them, and according to the crime - A leader may operate subjects opened and assigned by the council - A leader may enforce the law to an extent, and put UNNG to use anywhere to conduct arrests, stop Anti-UN plots, crackdown on specific crimes/or people, and make sure justice is served - A leader may speak openly with allies, enemies, UN members, and blacklisted members - A leader may launch any operation using special forces after conferring with military officials/joint-chief-of-staff, although after 48-hours of the operation lasting, the operation will immediately end (After or before the 48-hours are up, the council may dis-continue or continue the operation be vote) - A leader may vote at council meetings when the topic isn't theirs
Emergency Powers - EMP (Emergency Military Powers) goes to leaders/officers: regarding allied request for aid - Members holding the rank sergeant and above can hold emergency meetings on important issues, or unofficial retaliation without declaring war, if an officer is present as well as acknowledgment of the leader. - In times of severe crisis, the leader may abolish the council temporarily, government, branches, or whatever means to protect the clan's infrastructure.
Rules of Engagement These events allow war to to become subject to the council.
-An ally request for aid, help, official retaliation to support ally -A UN member is killed without just cause by a clan -A UN leader/officer is assassinated by a clan - UN is attacked or ally is attacked by a clan(s) - Scenario permits declaration of war on a certain clan/group: Deployment of troops can still proceed without official declaration.
Council Rules/Regulations -Council members must be chosen by leader or the council -Council members can be voted off the council by the council -Leaders and staff council members can hold meetings -Quorum of 4 minimum council members is required to hold a meeting -Each council member can state or contribute a topic/ 2 are max until awaited turn -Council cannot declare war without leaders consent, but can retaliate unofficially -Leaders cannot make treaties without a vote from the council -The person presenting their topic cannot vote on their own topic, except the president and VP
